Rally is both an audition and contest covering four areas: performance, keyboard
musicianship, sight-reading and theory. Adjudicators’ ratings and comments for each
student are directed toward improving overall musicianship. There are attainable goals for
every student: each student who scores in the 90s for all four areas will be recognized with
awards. Additionally, there are performance winners recognized at both local and state
levels.
